Business Services America LLC provides professional, consultation-based and custom services. Because our services are tailored to each client and often begin immediately after purchase, refunds are subject to the terms below.
Refund eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if no substantive work has begun and no third-party costs have been incurred.
Once services have commenced, files have been prepared, submissions have been initiated, or third-party services have been engaged, refunds are not available.
